Currently have a lowepro fastpack-150 but it's pretty out of date now! Any recommendations?

That is why it is important to not be hasty or casual about what top cast iron skillet for steaks you use. If you want to be able to make restaurant quality steaks at home, you need to own the best cast iron skillet for steaks. Making a steak in a cast iron skillet is essential for mouth-watering results.

I have a bad back (two slipped discs) and have gone through a lot of photography specific bags. I finally ended up with the Osprey Stratos 24. It's a very comfortable and lightweight day pack with an internal frame and hip straps. I pair it with either the Temba BYOB 10 or 13 depending on how many lenses I'm carrying.

I am looking at the atlas. It looks like a great pack. 385 is steep though. Do you have pictures of the rest of the bag? All I see are the camera slots...

I'm using the Atlas Athelete Pack it fits a ton of camera gear and also acts as a normal hiking backpack that fits all the essentails + more.
