I would try to venture up to Mt. Robson, you pass plenty of other options on the way if you are starting in Vancouver; Garibaldi Lake is great, Panorama Ridge is one of my favorite hikes ever, if you are looking for a challenge you can hike to Wedgemount Glacier, it's brutal but well worth the views. Well Grays Park has some great waterfalls, and then Golden Ears Provincial park has some great trails too. So many places to see...

Definitely check out all the places Maxime said! Furthermore, Whistler is amazing, together with Joffre Lakes (absolutely wonderful in winter!), Rainbow Lake, Garibaldi Lake, Squamish .. there is just so much to do and see! Enjoy!

You should definitely pass by Vancouver, where the city itself is amazing but more importantly the surrounding nature is awesome! Some suggestions are the Capilano Suspension Bridge, Lynn Canyon, Grouse mountain. Then if you go a bit further you have Whistler that is really nice and there are several waterfalls that are worth checking and incredible hikes such as the Panorama Ridge and Black Tusk. And then finally if you can definitely try to go to Vancouver Island and Tofino it is just exceptional =D I hope it helps :)
